Appointment Policy

We make every effort to stay on time. Out of fairness to the next patient please be on time for your appointments. If an appointment must be broken we would appreciate 48 hours notice. Patients who chronically miss their appointments without proper notice may be billed a cancellation fee.

Insurance & Payment

Our aim is to help you achieve excellent oral health and a confident, beautiful smile. Our policy on payment is aimed at keeping things uncomplicated. If you have insurance we can submit your claim for you or you can pay your balance and submit your own claim. You then will be reimbursed by your insurance company. Payment is always expected when services are rendered. We understand that special circumstances sometimes exist. We will do our best to see that arrangements are made so that you can receive the treatment that you want and need. If you need to discuss other payment options for major dental treatment then simply ask.

We accept most major credit cards and offer other financing plans. We can help you maximize your insurance benefits within their limits while minimizing your out-of-pocket expenses.
