Our aim is to help you achieve excellent oral health and a confident, beautiful smile. Our policy on payment is aimed at keeping services uncomplicated. If you have insurance we can submit your claim for you or you can pay your balance and submit your own claim. For those patients who are insured, our business office staff will assist you in obtaining the maximum benefits available to you under the terms of your insurance policy. You then will be reimbursed by your insurance company.

Some important concepts to remember about your dental insurance:

• Dental insurance is the contract between you and your insurance provider.
• Dental insurance benefits are always and constantly under review by your carrier.
• The information that your insurance carrier gives us is not a guarantee of benefits.
• Your coverage is limited to the terms of your policy.
• Your co-pays and self pay estimated patient portion is due at the time of service.

Payment is always expected when services are rendered. We understand that special circumstances sometimes exist. We will do our best to see that arrangements are made so that you can receive the treatment that you want and need.
